Returns Policy

To minimise any disruption, we recommend waiting to schedule tradespeople—such as roofers or carpenters—until you have received and thoroughly inspected our products for any defects.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  •  Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
  • Products must be **unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached**.
  • Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, custom-made products) may not be eligible for return.

2. Process for Returns

  • Customers must request a return via email before sending items back.
  • Returns should include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is **faulty or incorrectly delivered**.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are not available

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, customers should report it within 24 hours.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund if it is found the product is faulty or incorrect.

 

5. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Gift returns will be refunded as store credit unless otherwise requested.
  • Discounted or final sale items may not be eligible for return.
